Because our normal meeting dates fall over the July 4 th weekend, we're going to have something a bit different. On Thursday, July 1, we will have a membership meeting focused on Show and Tell from the Show—bring your class projects, completed or not—and discussion on our budget and future planning, as we are expecting that we will not have enough time to answer everyone's questions at the Annual Meeting. There will be some treats and surprises for those who brave the busy weekend to join us at the Textile Center. |
|
|
On Saturday, July 3, we will have the meeting room set up for open sewing, quilt basting, and working on the 2011 raffle quilt. There will be extension cords, irons, and ironing boards, so all you need to bring is your machine if you're going to sew. Got a work in progress that you'd like some advice on? Bring it and reap the benefits of free advice! |
